Booking Fee & Reservation

 

A booking fee is required to reserve your event date, appointment time, and artist availability. Your booking fee is applied toward your total balance.

 

Because your reservation is held exclusively for you, booking fees are non-refundable. In certain circumstances, a booking fee may be transferred to a future date at the discretion of Tracy Shelor Artistry.

Service Changes

 

We thoughtfully schedule each event to ensure every client receives the highest level of service. We are always happy to accommodate additional services whenever our schedule allows.

 

Once services have been confirmed and artist schedules have been reserved, reductions to previously confirmed services may not be available and may be subject to cancellation fees.

Final Payment

 

For group bookings, the remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

Single-person appointments are conveniently managed through our online booking system according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.

Travel & On Location Services

 

Travel throughout the Las Vegas Valley and Las Vegas Strip is included in our standard service rates.

 

Parking fees may apply when required by your venue. For valet-only properties, valet charges will be added to the final invoice.

 

Travel to locations between 20 and 25 miles from central Las Vegas, including North Las Vegas, Mount Charleston, and Boulder City, is $25 per artist.

 

Travel beyond our standard service area and destination events are quoted individually based on location and event logistics.
